Dealing with trauma and crisis day in and day out—including grief, murder, riots, and suicide—can take a toll on law enforcement officers and their spouses. Discouraged and demoralized, these brave men and women are now facing hostility in the public as never before. There is even an increasing call for defunding these essential servants by some city and state leaders across the nation.
Since 2014, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association has held Law Enforcement Appreciation Retreats to care for officers and their spouses. These retreats offer powerful speakers with Biblically based teaching that addresses the unique emotional and spiritual needs of officers and their families.
The recent unrest across America has amplified the need for this ministry to more officers in the coming months. We want to hold retreats in many cities, including some of the hardest-hit areas like Portland, Seattle, Minneapolis, and Kenosha.
You can help refresh and renew police officers and their spouses and support those who protect and serve our communities. Your gift of $20, $50, $100, or $250 can help sponsor an officer and their spouse to attend one of our Law Enforcement Appreciation Retreats and dinners.
