Martín’s drug addiction led him to look online for hope—and when he found the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association’s Spanish-language internet evangelism Facebook page, he was connected with a volunteer who pointed him to Jesus Christ. God used this volunteer to open Martín’s heart to the Gospel, and he prayed to surrender his life to Christ. For the first few days after his decision, Martín kept in close contact with the volunteer, but then their conversations stopped suddenly.

The volunteer continued to pray for Martín and hoped he would hear from him again. The Lord answered his prayers when Martín reached out again just a couple of days later. His Facebook account had been hacked but as soon as he was able to log back on, he excitedly told the volunteer that he was reading God’s Word every morning—and that the Lord had given him the strength to stop using drugs altogether.

Thank you for helping hurting people like Martín find peace and purpose in Jesus Christ. We thank God for your heart to share His love with others.
